Order cancellations

You may cancel your order within two hours of purchase by emailing info@mirelen-boutique.co.uk. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return steps below.

Store return window

We also accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

How to start a return

  1. Email info@mirelen-boutique.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos if relevant.
  2. Wait for our return authorisation and instructions. Do not send items without approval.
  3. Pack securely and ship with a trackable service.

Return shipping costs

Customer-paid for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. 

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card providers typically post refunds within 10 days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
